Sable Homes President John Bitely talks 2019 Spring Parade of Homes with WZZM

In conjunction with the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids celebrating its 60th Parade of Homes, Sable Homes President John Bitely and HBA board member Amanda Wildman spoke with WZZM 13 News about what attendees will discover at this season’s Parade of Homes.

“There are all different levels of what’s cool,” Bitely said during the WZZM interview on Saturday, June 8. “There’s everything from very expensive homes to a more affordable working-America home in Parade.”

As the Spring 2019 Grand Rapids Parade of Homes winds down, there are only three more opportunities left to view over 60 Parade homes in Ada, Allendale, Byron Center, Caledonia, Coopersville, East Grand Rapids, Grandville, Rockford and Wyoming. This includes Sable Homes’ newest top-of-the-line home nestled on 3.4 acres in Rockford’s coveted Crowning Acres neighborhood.

Listed as #35 on the Parade map, Sable’s 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features over 3,000 square feet of living space with contemporary finishes, high-end amenities and an open floor plan with plenty of room for entertaining. In addition to the spacious kitchen, the main floor includes a large great room, dining room, half bath and mudroom with laundry and lockers. The upper floor has a spacious master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, while the lower level is completely finished with an additional bedroom, full bath, family room, fireplace and wet bar.

Tickets for Parade can be purchased online and at Lake Michigan Credit Union branches for $10 or at any of the Parade homes for $15.

Parade wraps up this week with its final days: 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, June 12; and 1-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 14-15.
