Tour two Sable Homes Harvest Meadows homes at Grand Rapids 2024 Spring Parade of Homes
Rockford-based Sable Homes invites community members to tour two new construction homes within the Harvest Meadows community in Leighton Township, near the border of Kent and Allegan counties, during the Home Builders Association of Greater Grand Rapids 2024 Spring Parade of Homes. The Parade entries are located in both the single-family section and condo portion of Harvest Meadows. The single-family section of Harvest Meadows is complete with 150 single-family homes with various floor plans, starting at $325,000. Sable’s newest condo development, when complete, will feature, 100 maintenance-free living, 2,242-square-foot condos, starting at $269,000.
Sable Home’s Harvest Meadows Parade condo, number six on the Parade route located at 1075 Sunnyside Dr., in Leighton Township, is a zero-entry unit featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a ground-level patio and luxury finishes, including granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, tile backsplash, a large owner’s suite with an ensuite bathroom and expansive walk-in closet, an additional spacious bedroom and full bath, four season room, and a heated garage.

They can be purchased online or at any Lake Michigan Credit Union Grand Rapids branch. Post-event viewing of Parade homes can be viewed online from June 9-30 for $10.
