In an effort to support the local economy, Sable Homes has donated $5,000 to the Sparta Chamber of Commerce for a “Buy One, Get One Free” Sparta Bucks promotion, beginning Feb. 10.

Sparta Bucks is a community currency, like a gift certificate, that can be used at a variety of over 20 local Sparta businesses. Sable Homes, the West Michigan region’s third largest home builder, donated to the Chamber’s Sparta Bucks program after learning how it successfully benefited independent and locally-owned businesses last December.

Beginning at 9 a.m. Feb. 10, the public may purchase BOGO Sparta Bucks online while funds last at Sparta Chamber of Commerce-Sparta Bucks. Once purchased, Sparta Bucks will be emailed directly to the purchaser for use at any of the participating Sparta businesses.
